Picpoul de Pinet

Picpoul de Pinet

The region of Picpoul de Pinet is one of the earliest civilised places on earth and has been a wine making area for over 2000 years.

The village of Pinet is situated near Thau where the noble grape known as Piquepoule was first thought to be grown and which in turn gave the name to the wine known today as Picpoul de Pinet – a wine produced from the limestone soils of the Mediterranean and the celebrated southern French sun.
