Notes: Light and floral in style, the freshness and elegance of this wine is quite remarkable. The palate, like the nose, shows lemon and grapefruit notes, and a peppery spicy nuance with minerality on the finish. It has thirst quenching acidity.
Serve: At 10-12c it is delicious with most Japanese dishes, stronger flavour dishes of fish and poultry. The thirst quenching acidity calls out for Salmon Sashimi!
Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans
