This wine is bright yellow with golden hues. The scent is reminiscent of apricots and broom flowers, with a hint of tropical fruit. The taste is smooth, dense and characterised by a considerable aromatic persistence of dried apricots, sultanas and candied fruit.

Nero d'Avola Sicilia Grottarossa is ruby red with purplish hues. Complex aroma with notes of violet and spices, mature red fruits like raspberry and cherry. Warm, rich and round wine of good structure with fruity and spicy aroma and a persistent finish.

Rutini Trumpeter Malbec is a bright violet, red colour, with seductive fruity plum aromas and spice profile (cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper). This red wine has great body and its lively structure accentuates intense tannins with a velvety aftertaste.

This Benguela Cove Collage is ruby red in colour, this classic, multi-faceted Bordeaux styled blend shows aromas of plum, violets, clove spice and cigar box. On the palate, hints of raspberry, boiled sweets and licorice is accompanied by a chalky tannin structure and layers of sweet spice with an overall seamless finish.

Nero d'Avola Rosso della Noce Grottarossa is produced from vines within South Central Sicily Agrigento-Caltanisetta. This wine undergoes 1 year of French allier barriques and six months of bottle ageing. Deep concentrated, ruby red, intense nose of dried fruit, tobacco and vanilla.Well balanced with a tannic structure and moderate alcohol level. It certainly surprises with its concentration and prolonged finish. A truly noble and elegant wine.

Primary tank ageing following soft press. The wine remains in tanks to age until the following spring. After creating this cuvee the wine is bottled ready for the secondary fermentation. Bright pale straw yellow and a delicate, persistent perlage. Fragrant and floral hints with delicate aromas of leavened dough and small mountain flowers.
