Taste:      Fragrant, elegant and smooth, with lush berry flavours and silky tannins. A full flavoured shiraz. Dark purple colour, pronounced aromas of red cherries, sweet spices and peppers. Rich dark fruits on the palate, with eucalyptus. Medium to full bodied with good length .

Notes:     We recommend that you uncork and allow the wine to breathe before serving. Serve at 16-18°c. Drink now through 2015.

Serve:    Pair with grilled meats and seafood, spicy Mexican dishes, or even pizza.
