Situated at Bué in the Sancerre region of the Loire Valley in France, the Gerrard Millet family have been making top quality wines for over 5 generations. 

The Estate covers a total of 20 hectares of vineyards, of which 15 hectares are planted with Sauvignon Blanc grapes. These vineyards are situated around the best villages in the Sancerre region.

This family owned winery is well equipped and benefits from its own bottling line.

Grapes:     100% Sauvignon Blanc

Vines:         Average age 25 years trained on single guyot

Location:   17 ha of vineyards throughout Sancerre

Soil:            Chalky

Vinification:    In temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.  After racking, the wine is aged on its lees without undergoing malolactic fermentation

Serve:       At 8-10C to accompany seafood fish and white meat

Taste:        Overt Sauvignon notes of grapefruit and lemon with good weight and a clean,     crisp finish.
