A rose wine with copper reflections and a refined, intense bouquet with extremely pleasing hints of fruit. Slightly sparkling with a pleasing palate it is an enjoyable, harmonious wine.

This hilly area lies between the extensive plains of the Veneto and the lower Alps. In 1963 the nephews of the original founder joined the company and built a new winery that is today equipped with the most modern technology and has been granted the ISO 9002 certificate of quality.

Presentation: In a clear glass Bordeaux bottle.

Vinification:    Soft pressing of the grapes. Brief skin contact. Cool fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks in order to retain the fruity aromas. The wine is left to rest in temperature controlled tanks until bottled.

Colour:            Pale pink.

Serve:             At 8-10C as an aperitif or with appetizers and light dishes, especially dishes based on fish

Taste:             The appealing pale blush colour of this wine is obtained from the skins of the Pinot Grigio grapes which are pink in colour. Fresh and fruity with an off-dry finish. Pale salmon pink in colour, this is a fruity, medium styled wine in a very drinkable style.
