Orvieto is the Umbrias most significant DOC wine from the hill town where Etruscans fined winemaking techniques and today is the region's most exported wine. Grapes: Trebbiano Toscana, Verdello, Grecchetto & Canaiolo Bianco Soil: Sand, clay and calcareous Vinification: The grape varieties are softly crushed together and fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
