The Cuma Malbec bodega is situated in the foothills of the Andes, in the Cafayate region around Salta, in Northwest Argentina in one of the most scenic regions of this country. 

The vineyards are planted at 1,900 metres making them the highest commercial sites in the world.  Cool climate plays a key part with great variations between night and day time temperatures, slowing down the ripening cycle and ensuring the development of good varietal character. 

The hallmark of Salta red wines is the great intensity of colour and stunning abundance of fruit making these wines from the Michel Torino estates very appealing indeed. Michel Torino is well recognised on the international market and is renowned for its excellent wine quality, elegant label design and premium presentation.

This Malbec has to be one of the best examples of Malbec from Argentina.

Winemaking:  Cuma wines have followed a strict and certified organic process in Michel Torino vineyards and Estate winery. No oak, fermented in stainless steel. 

Alcohol:      13.5

Colour:     Sharp and lively red with violet notes. The intense tear reflex the structure, the glass remained painted with bright cherry notes.

Taste:        A fruity attack, full of soft and sweet tannins. Dates and raisins are abundant with a touch of nuts and spiciness at the end.
