Cool climate plays a key part with great variations between night and day time temperatures, slowing down the ripening cycle and ensuring the development of good varietal character. Cellaring: Will benefit of ageing up to 2-3 years, developing bouquet and a harmonious combination of oak and fruit. Notes: Intense red ruby colour with violet hues. Distinct plum aromas typical of this variety, enhanced with oaky notes. Generous spicy and fruity flavours, good body and well integrated soft tannins giving a round finish.
