The production philosophy of Terre di Sava is to infuse a common spirit into the vine-growers’ activity, the work among the vineyards and the engagement in the winery; to express in the best possible way the intensity and aromatic complexity of the native fruits and then transfer the organoleptic features into the wines.

Notes:      Thick Ruby red, intense and elegant with notes of cherries enriched with cloves. A full bodied wine with a pleasantly smooth impact. It reveals a complex ending with striking freshness.

Serve:      At 16 - 18C with Red Meats, roasted meats with rich sauces and Mature Cheeses
