Wine grower, Bruno Romany's family originated from the Romagne region of italy before setting up in the Beaujolais village of Bully where they now own 20 hectares of vineyards.
The vineyards are operated using sustainable farming methods and the wine can be traced back to the vine!
In 2007 they applied for the 'Terra Vitis' label, under which all grapes must be grown using bio-dynamic farming methods

Notes: Deep ruby red, with ripe violets on the nose and hints of blackcurrant, strawberries and lots of floral notes on the nose. The mouth is well balanced with a tannic finish which blends well with the aromas on the palate.
Serve: Cold Meats, fresh fish and chicken dishes.
