Notes:           This is a dry red wine that is never oaked, allowing the uncommon varietal’s characteristics to shine through. It is a deep ruby, with notes of butter, caramel and gooseberry and a round body with delicate tannins   

Serve:          This would be an excellent wine to have with pasta, lighter chicken dishes, and even burgers with a barbecue.
