Berton Vineyards is located in High Eden, a sub-region of Eden Valley, South Australia. The altitude and cool climate provides ideal conditions for the production of high quality fruit.

Grapes:      Merlot 95.1%, Cabernet Sauvignon 4.1% and Shiraz 0.8%

Region:      Riverina, South Eastern Australia

Serve:        Perfect with flame seared beef or rich tomato based dishes!

Notes: This Merlot displays plums and mulberry aromas on the nose, with hints of violets and spicy French oak. The palate has great persistence of sweet plum and blackberry fruit with a full, rich texture and velvety tannins.
