Danzante Pinot Grigio is sourced from vines in the Trentino Alto Adige, the Veneto and the Friuli Venezia Giulia, the three north eastern regions of Italy, collectively known as the “Tre Venezie”. With stony, deep soil, relatively high altitude and cool summers, the “Tre Venezie” allows Pinot Grigio to fully express its potential. Grapes: 100% Pinot Grigio Soil: Deep, stony, alluvional terrains Exposure: South, Southwest Pruning: Cordon-trained spur-pruned and pergola Trentina Vines: 25 years old Density: Between 3,000 and 4,000 vines/hectare Yield: 74HL/Hectare Serve: Chilled as an aperitif or to accompany fish soups, grilled fish, seafood, dishes based on mushrooms and oriental food.
