The bodega is situated in the foothills of the Andes in the Cafayate region around Salta in Northwest Argentina in one of the most scenic regions of this country.  The vineyards are planted at 1,700 metres making them the highest commercial sites in the world. 

Cool climate plays a key part with great variations between night and day time temperatures, slowing down the ripening cycle and ensuring the development of good varietal character. 
The hallmark of Salta red wines is the great intensity of colour.

Grapes:     100% Estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon organic grapes grown at an altitude of 1,700m above sea level on Michel Torino’s Estate in the Valley of Cafayate

Winemaking: Cuma wines have followed a strict and certified organic process in Michel Torino vineyards and Estate winery. No Oak, fermented in stainless steel.

Colour:    Deep red ruby colour with vivid purple sparkles

Taste:      Harmonious with presence of firm but ripe tannins. Black berries take a place in the mouth. The ending is elegant and persistent.
