| This wonderful rose made from Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah grapes has a refreshingly fruity bouquet with excellent fruitiness and a refreshing acidity through to a delightfully smooth finish.
The Château de l’Aumerade is a 400 year old French vineyard located in the protected plain of Pierrefeu, in the heart of Provençe in France and encompasses 550 hectares of vines under the watchful ownership of Henri Fabre. Its scarlet, mineral rich soils elevate the quality from other areas of the Provence appellation.
In 1950 the estate was awarded its first distinction and was designated as ‘Cru Classé’. Grapes: 34% Cinsault, 33% Grenache and 33% Syrah. Vinification: Grapes are harvested at the beginning of September. The wine is vinified at low temperatures in order to preserve the fresh fruity aromas. Colour: Pale salmon Taste: Refreshingly fruity bouquet with delicate spice and mineral flavours on the palate, through to an elegant finish.
