Cantina Bove was established in 1930 and has since modernised the winery, which now boasts a high-tech bottling plant.

The estate comprises 60 hectares of well situated vineyards and under the watchful eye of oenologist Dr Vittorio Festa, the vinification techniques ensure the production of the highest quality wines from low yields, with rigorous grape selection and refined ageing in oak barrels.

The Bove style is to make well textured, mellow red wines showing good typicity and white wines that are fruity and full of character.
