| The grapes were hand-picked from the Estate Vineyards in Casablanca Valley, Chile and the Cabernet was grown in Maipo valley. Then, cold maceration at 4º-5ºC took place for 10 days. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 26ºC the must was macerated again with skins for a period of 5 days. 80% of the wine was aged in French and American oak barrels for 9 months. After bottling, the wine was aged for an additional 6 months before release. Grapes: 90% Merlot 10% Cabernet Area: Casablanca Valley Alc: 13.9% Palate: Full aromas of mint, spicy, cassis, black cherry, leafy chocolate flavours with saddle leather tobacco note. Bursting with ripe dark red plums, blackberries, dried herbs and spices.
