| AVAILABLE IN CASES OF 18 ONLY The vineyards of the Bordeaux region in France have the slow action of their rivers to thank for their uniqueness. However this gift from nature of gravel and pebbles left by the Gironde, the chalky slopes shaped by erosion and the generous mineral deposits left by the Garonne, is not enough to ensure the quality and diversity of the terroir, man’s intervention is also needed! Fifty years ago Borie-Manoux, one of Bordeaux’s oldest and most traditional negotiators, intervened and chose Beau Rivage to pay homage to the banks of the Gironde. Grapes: 87% Sauvignon Blanc with a small proportion of Sémillon & Muscadelle Vinification: Each grape variety was fermented separately in temperature controlled vats, to preserve the fruit aromas and fresh acidity. The wine was then blended and sterile bottled. Taste: This white wine is light bodied, fresh and fruity with balanced acidity and is made in a modern style. Serve: Serve chilled as an aperitif or to accompany shellfish, fish and vegetable dishes. | Available Options: | | Bottle Size: | | | Vintage: | | |
