| Nicolas Rossignol is one of the younger generation of Burgundians who are making their mark, producing wine from his estate of 4.5 hectares and from his
father’s 11.5 hectares. He follows sustainable farming practices and biodynamic techniques. The grapes are hand harvested and Rossignol uses moderate amounts of new oak. The wines are bottled without fining or filtering. Their wines show impressive colour, are dense with excellent body and rich tannins.
